Sandy Beach Turtle Point Gili Air

Beautiful clean beach, masks can be rented directly opposite - for 50k per person. The turtles swim very close to the shore, so you just need to pick up the fins and mask, go in the water and swim closely, park around. We managed it all in 10 minutes)) the impression is worth it!

We went there in the morning to do some snorkeling with turtles 🐢. It was amazing. We were able to see and swim with at least 5 turtles of different sizes. The sandy beach was really good, and we ate a delicious bruschetta there. The staff there was so friendly. We ended up coming back for dinner as well, and we spent time singing with the staff. A very good night ☺️ Careful with the jellyfish 🪼!

Saw amazing turtles every single morning!!! Come here to snorkel, only 10 m out you will find the turtles in the morning and with high tide. Please don’t wear flippers!!! You don’t need them as the water is not deep at all and they will only disturb the turtles and fish or damage the reef… If you are scared of hurting your feet on the bottom, wear water shoes. I promise you don’t need flippers and you can save some pennies by not renting them ;)
