The waterfalls are fantastic, but this post will be mainly to inform you about the guide and the overall costs. In my opinion it is not necessary to take a guide. If you’re a bit adventurous you will be able to find all the waterfalls by yourself and just asking other tourists. IMPORTANT when you want to avoid paying for a guide: Park your scooter at Fiji Coffee. IN PICTURE 1 you see the entrance that will lead you in the arms of the (annoying and pushy) guides. IN PICTURE 2 you see the way to take to avoid the guides. Guide costs = 300K Entrance costs to waterfall = 20K for Fiji, 20K for Sekumpul. Take your time to read more reviews to inform yourself.

Reaching Fiji Waterfall Lemukih is an adventure in itself. The road is a steep mountain pass with rough conditions, so if you’re riding a scooter, be extremely careful, especially if it’s raining heavily, as it was in my case. I wouldn’t recommend going in intense rain, as the ride can be quite stressful. Upon arriving at the village entrance, locals will stop you to charge an entrance fee. At 300,000 IDR, it might feel steep (for Indonesia), and at first, it may seem like a scam. However, this fee grants you access to both Fiji and Sekumpul Waterfalls and once you reach the waterfall, you’ll realize it’s worth every single rupiah. This fee helps the community sustain itself and maintain this natural wonder, so it’s important to support them. A local guide will take you to the falls, sharing interesting facts along the way. I was lucky to have Restu, a 15-year-old guide from the village who was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring everything went smoothly. An absolutely wonderful person! Be prepared for the trek…it’s a long and challenging descent and climb back up, and you’ll need to cross a river on foot. Bring sturdy footwear (good Crocs work great!). But once you arrive, you’ll witness one of Bali’s most breathtaking waterfalls… three powerful streams crashing down amidst lush greenery. Pure, raw nature at its finest! A must-visit spot in Bali, 100%! Plus, you can take a refreshing swim and truly soak in the experience.

This is the most beautiful of all the waterfalls around. Really worth visiting. We got here from the north by buying the medium trip for 150K up in the "official" ticket office, and then buying a 20K extra ticket when we were down. So no need to spend 250K for the long trip. I have heard of a possibiliy of coming down for only 20K when you come from the south, from Lemukih, but not sure where that entrance is exactly.

Would not recommend. The waterfall maffia was following me and didn’t leave me alone. At some point they blocked the way and told me it was a private way. I didn’t even make it to the official ticket counter. They asked 250.000 while the official ticket is only 20.000. Awful experience, I wish all these maffia people bad karma. We tourists are not walking ATM’s.

This is the waterfall we love the best in all of Bali. From afar, you saw one waterfall plunging down several hundred meters into the jungle, and when you get closer you realize that there are three waterfalls, simply spectacular and breathtaking!! The trail was not difficult, pretty well paved and maintained. And the Waterfall is never crowded. We were alone by ourselves to soak up the awe-inspiring beauty and peacefulmess.
