Balangan Beach is nice, but I was shocked by the amount of trash. Also, some locals were almost harassing tourists on scooters for "donations," which made for a weird vibe. We paid, but it would be nice if they cleaned the area in return. It doesn't feel like a donation if you're forcing people.

Great beach with nice sand and waves! During the winter, though, a lot of trash washes up on shore.

This beach has magnificent scenery! It's a bit far, but definitely worth the trip. I experienced one of the best sunsets in Bali here. On the downside, the parking fee collector was quite rude.

Balangan Beach is a nice beach with a few facilities. You'll need a taxi or scooter to get there since it's quite far from the main roads. It's a quiet beach with some great surfing waves.

We first visited this beach in the morning during the pandemic. It was not crowded and the view of the cliff was just stunning. The second time we went to see the sunset on a Sunday and the cliff was packed. There was a wedding and a pre-wedding photo shoot going on, also some groups of locals on bikes. There were fewer people on the beach, and a few pre-wedding photo shoots 😅 too bad the sun was hidden that day, so we didn't have a spectacular sunset. There was a development project going on near the parking area, looks like the place is becoming more touristy. I'd recommend coming here in the morning for a quiet enjoyment of the beach.
