Wisata Kampung Blekok

Extremely hot place during the day but try to come here around sunset, and you'll be rewarded with great views, it's also the time all the birds are flying back into the mangrove, and many were nesting now it seems.. At the end of the wooden boardwalk there's a small cafe, best views from here, or from the small watchtower nearby Entrance fee to the complex is a very reasonable 15.000 rupiah Car parking is available at the nearby elementary school, for a small fee (I think it was 3.000 rupiah)

Came at the wrong time, right at the noon (11-12 pm) so it was soooo hotttt….. but I really love how they developed the walkway decks along the mangrove. The local people are also quite friendly and welcoming. My advice, come around 3-4pm, less heat 😆

It’s a nice touristic destination of preserved mangrove forest with some special kind of Birds , which left in the morning and came back around evening. You can go around the beach using a boat and view a beautiful sunset around.

I visited Kampung Blekok on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. It is a nice place to spend your moments. Parking area is available for motorcycles or cars.

One of best national tourism village in East Java specially at situbondo from environmental , social empowerment and community development. Specific species like blekok bird, mangrove, shell craft and small shrimp.
