The beach is totally wonderful! It is clean & neat, and you can enjoy several fun activities, such as picnic at the beach, enjoying local delicacies (chicken satay, meat balls, fresh coconuts, etc), riding a boat, canoeing, while enjoying beautiful sceneries around. There is also public restroom and simple showers available nearby if you wanted to rinse after you played at the beach. Fyi, I recommend to enter the beach site via Hotel Sido Muncul 1.

used to be a good place to see the coral reef (in the 80's), but now almost all destroyed by polution created by the people living around the beach. The sand also used to be white, but again because no coral reef, the sand turned into black. no proper shower room or toilet unless you book the hotel around the beach. need to educate the people around, how to make sustainable tourist destination and enviromental friendly
