Filling our vacation time together as well as a long weekend at the beginning of May 2024, we finally chose this place. The maximum capacity is 15 people, but because my large family has a total of 28 people or almost 30, we charge the excess capacity. And surprisingly, it still fits us. :D This house consists of 2 floors, with 4 bedrooms consisting of 1 bedroom downstairs near the entrance of the house, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 main bedroom equipped with 1 bathroom with bathtub. So there are a total of 3 bathrooms, one on the ground floor under the stairs near the bedroom at the front and another one upstairs in the middle between the 2 bedrooms and 1 main bedroom. This house is equipped with AC both on the top and bottom floors, so you could say this house is full AC plus 2 additional fans. Because it is full AC, it is better to close the front door tightly so that the cool temperature is maintained inside the house. For my large family, this house is very comfortable in terms of air circulation. It won't be hot while you're at home. Apart from that, it is also equipped with 1 television that has a digital STB TV device installed, so watching is definitely safe. However, this house is not equipped with WiFi, so it is highly recommended that if you come here, fill in your data package first. Regarding the quality of the signal network, it's safe and fast (Tsel user here). The owner of this place also provides complete cooking equipment and utensils, so it is highly recommended that tenants take good care of the belongings of the owner of this place. At the back, there is a fairly large lawn equipped with a gazebo, a place to grill fish/chicken, 3 bicycles from this house which must be returned here after each use, 1 swing and 1 hammock. The atmosphere is also comfortable because the residential environment is quite calm and quiet, so it is recommended not to create too much crowds that disturb other residents of this housing block. With a price of 2 million per night with facilities in the house as complete as this, and very suitable for my typical large family who prefer staycations to spend a lot of time together in one big place like this, without hesitation I say this is the best place for my large family to stay during their holiday to Balikpapan! It will be our mainstay from Tenggarong every time we go on holiday to Balikpapan! :D Thank you to the house owner who is kind and willing to let us rent out. Cool place ma'am! :D

Came here because I needed a place to live that could accommodate a lot of people, yesterday's rent was 1 million a night, this villa is in a residential area in Balikpapan, so it's a big house, there are 4 rooms above, 3 below 1, 2 bathrooms, bicycles are provided for walking around, then there are gazebo for eating together as a family, there is a garden behind the house for relaxing and taking photos, There is a kitchen for cooking and complete cooking equipment, Then there is a free pool at the Beach Club but only for 8 people, the rest will pay 15,000, admin doesn't say that at the beach club you have to wear a swimsuit so some people can swim, and on Saturday afternoon there is an event so you can't swim too, swimming on Sunday Morning

Facilities are a bit lacking, for 2 million/night but only get plastic cups. It's not safe in the backyard, there are lots of wild bees. the contents no longer match the photos on IG, the bean bag is also very flat, there is no green sofa like the photo on IG
