Very run down place. Not maintained at all. It is dirty and moldly everywhere. Tons of flies. There is a nice view from the hot spring pool. The water feels like genuine hot springs. That's about it. But the pools are all the same medium temperature. Not recommended.

This a decent but dated waterpark. The location is nice - right by the lake. Some of the areas look very nice. Overall there is enough space to play around - kids enjoyed it. However, i felt the 'hot springs' part is lost in over commercialization - felt no different from just heated pools. Some of the areas are clearly old and dated, and the bathrooms are not very clean. This is probably a good park for locals, but if you are traveling from other parts of the world, you may have access to better water parks and you can skip this one

Actually I love the mountain view & the hot pool. But I can see this building is already old & the management still haven't renovate it yet. That's why it's less atractive for tourists. Otherwise it's nice to go here for 1st time.

Me and my partner spent one night at this resort. We enjoyed the Hot Spring and other facilities. Our Villa was magnificent. The view from the pool-area is amazing. You can see the Danau Batur right down the resort. The only thing what bothered us were the flies, they were everywhere. Thanks for the good service Komang and Silvia. The staff in general are very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.
