Nice enough for now but starting to fall apart. Numerous LED streetlights are no longer working and since they were probably sourced in barely sufficient numbers originally there will be no spares available to replace them. The local government needs to add a two or three year maintenance clause to their contracts so that the contractors are forced to source quality items or a good supply of spares. The steel gratings connecting the walkways are also in bad shape with several badly bent and almost all rusting. Once again a maintenence clause would ensure that contractors used steel of sufficient dimensions and good quality coatings applied correctly to ensure that they will last. The concrete used for the walkways is also chipped and crumbling, again evidence of sub-standard quality. The concrete walkways are also sprinkled with small stones making it a poor surface for children to use their roller blades. These could easily be swept off but it seems that nobody bothers. The cafes are quite nice with reasonably priced hot and cold drinks available and friendly service. Food variety is more limited consisting mainly of snacks but quite nicely presented. The local government should better support such small businesses by providing more durable infrastructure.

Interesting place...we can see sunset and completely with cafe.it's the best place for wait a sunset and take a pic with the bridge and full of lamp colours

A nice place to enjoy sunset in Parepare. This riverside has some tenants that sell snacks and drinks to accompany you watching the sunsets. You can sit on the river bank. If you drive a car you can park your car in Ainun Habibi Hospital.
