Tambakrejo Beach Blitar
REVIEWS
Beautiful beach and nice scenery. But too bad cannot swim because of high waves. Food was good and the Snapper ikan bakar was a "bomb". Ate at Warung Sederhana Ibu Tina. The fish was fresh. She also sell seafoods but already cleaned and kept in freezer. Her seafood stocks are fresh compare to the opposite shops that sell seafood. I bought one big Snapper about 2.5kg.

Beautiful place when the sky is blue! Perfect blue sky. Enjoy fresh fish from fish market. You can also enjoy the pier with traditional boat everywhere. Dont come on holiday because crowded. Sometimes in new year, access to this beach closed at 11 AM.

Blitar tourist icon for natural beach. Apparently the tickets very cheap IDR 3k/person, and affordable culinary price for seafood grill i.e. tuna, squid, prawn. Fish market also available offering plenty of fresh seafood choice with bargain price. Avoid visiting here on the Christmas till New year period as the entry tickets will be "jump" around IDR 20-25K/person. Ensure to verify the culinary dishes price before eat to avoid miscommunication with the restaurant.

My experience is overall pretty good .. but I'd recommend you visit not during high seasons .. because it would be so crowded and had lots of garbage (from the lack of trashcans) .. the road is relatively easy to access, the view's beautiful (especially on sunsets)
