Awesome to see this man made structure. The water has curved a bend throw the sand which creates a kind of horseshoe bend. Amazing!

Our hostel provided a local guide to show us around the island and bring us to all the beautiful places. At the end of the day, he brought us to Crystal bay to see the sunset but this was not all. A most lovely surprise was the Sand’r Dam! We did not expect it to be this cool to see the brutal power of nature and how strong the dam was built. Definitely a good place to end the day with a nice cold bintang!
