I went here at September 4 for the purple bougenville flowers. They are in bloom but there are not so many of them. The peninsula is quite big, you can go around. The flowers are in the right side from the entrance. You can sit under the shade near the flowers, facing the ocean, watching the surf, its honestly the best and calming experience I’ve ever had in Bali.

Beautiful, serene and well maintained park that makes a great walk or run roundabout if you are around Nusa Dua Beach. It links up to a Waterblow attraction that is the only main natural attraction around the area. Potentially a great spot for sunrise view from the ocean and great rays of sunshine can be seen during sunset period as well. Good location for a park walk/run if you are interested and living near this area. Else don't expect very crazy scenic views.
