Dont go on weekends or holidays. The road leading to the beach,cuts through the village. It is narrow and at some areas, it is for 1 vehicle's passing. This is where the heat goes up with some people are not very willing to give way. Once you are at the beach you will find countless warung selling seafood dishes. We had grilled fish and squid. The fish was so-so and the squids were rubbery. Not that enjoyable experience. But the view from.the beach is fantastic and romantic. Wait till near sunset. You will find Mt Agung of Bali appearing on the horizon. Other than that, it was a crowded beach :)

This beach doesnt have wave, its so calm and relaxing, im not really fans of black sandy beach, but i loved this one.

Dirty beach, though the water was clear. Only locals were there. There are some bistros and places where to sit, but no places where to change your clothes, since locals do not swim. You can buy some snacks, but they might ask you more if you are a foreigner.
