Minnehaha Falls is an iconic Twin Cities attraction! The waterfall is beautiful in every season and the path from the lot to the view of the falls is paved and very accessible. It is really a sight to behold too. It's the sort of place that makes you feel refreshed and at peace just to see it, even when everything else might feel overwhelming. There are lots of walking paths, benches, and a tasty restaurant in the summertime. I highly recommend checking out Minnehaha Falls if you're new to the area and/or looking to enjoy what the beautiful Minnesota landscape has to offer!

Breathtaking view... But the lower path was closed. Paid a buck fifty for parking only to have the gates locked. And please, don't vandalize the bridge. I don't care if you thought of a pretty poem, show some respect.

I got a chance to experience this waterfall in the summer and the winter time. The fall is quite nice during the spring time, after somewhat all of the snow has melted. It has a strong flow of water and strong mist while at the bottom of it. There are like 90-100 stairs to walk down to get to the bottom of the falls. So that's 90-100 stairs to walk up once you are finished at the bottom 😂. There are some nice walking trails along the stream of water. Plenty of local people and tourist walking along it also. It is a wonderful place to spend a day having fun under the sun.
