Megada Beach
REVIEWS
Megada Beach has a great view with nice little banana lounges by a dark sand beach. The waves were hectic in March! It's more of a surfers beach, but we still had a dip in the wavy water and enjoyed the beachside cafes.

Megada Beach is a really nice surf spot for intermediate and pro surfers. It's a little bit crowded but not too many people on one wave. ♀️

We enjoyed lounging and watching the activity on Megada Beach as the sun set. Lots of dogs around (beach dogs and pets) which we loved, but I can imagine others wouldn't. Plenty of little bars to order food and drink, as well as street corn vendors (Rp 20,000). If you are a clean freak, you might be anxious about rubbish and cockroaches, although staff work hard to manage it!

Well, you don't have so many beach options in Canggu. Megada Beach has a lot of nice restaurants with vegetarian options and good Indonesian food. You can watch the sunset here. There are a lot of sunbeds from different restaurants. It's also a beach where you can surf as a beginner or as an advanced surfer. The beach looks clean to me, not too much plastic. I'm not sure about the water quality.
