Lombok Wildlife Park

We had an amazing time at the wildlife park—better than we ever expected! We purchased three big baskets of luscious tropical fruit to feed the animals, which was such a fun and interactive experience. The park was exceptionally clean, and the animals were clearly well cared for, looking healthy and happy. It was fascinating to see how they responded to our guide using simple sounds and hand gestures. We absolutely loved our time here and would totally recommend visiting. It’s an unforgettable experience!

During our visit to Lombok Wildlife Park while traveling from Australia, we booked the intimate wildlife experience package that included an amazing lunch, an opportunity to bathe an elephant and interacting with an incredible young orangutan. This experience surpassed all our expectations. Our guide for the day, Adi, was exceptionally knowledgeable and warm-hearted, guiding us through the beautiful landscapes of the park with enthusiasm and expertise. One of the highlights of our experience was spending precious time with a young female orangutan, observing her astonishingly human-like behaviors—watching her curiously explore her surroundings was nothing short of life-changing. Lombok Wildlife Park is nestled in a remote mountainous area, enveloped by dense tropical forests that boast breathtaking, panoramic views. The park itself is a vibrant oasis, adorned with lush gardens that teem with life. It showcases an impressive array of Australian and South Asian wildlife, including colorful birds, playful mammals, and intriguing reptiles. It was evident that the animals are not only healthy but also deeply cared for, reflecting the park's commitment to wildlife. We are immensely grateful to Adi for providing us with such a memorable and educational journey through the park. Visiting Lombok Wildlife Park should definitely be on everyone’s itinerary—it’s an engaging and enriching experience that you won't want to miss. Wandi our personal guide was amazing he showed such knowledge and love for the animals- he really bought the experience to life. The park is fabulous and the animals are obviously loved - nice to see the elephants and orangutan out of their enclosures and going for a walk about- more space and more enrichment in the enclosures would be great - so we need to support this place. The food was nice the shop too and all the staff were amazing. This would have cost us 10 times as much as home to have all these experiences with the animals. A wonderful day out.

Small but very nice zoo. Surprisingly clean and well maintained- especially compared to other zoos in Indonesia. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of birds sitting around outside cages that you can pet and take photos, bit not all of them are friendly. Be careful both me and my friend were bitten by an anti-social cockatoo and caused us to bleed alot. Another guest got bitten so badly that it took a piece of flesh down to the bone - so if you have kids, they should be extremely careful approaching all the birds.

We had the best day here. The facility is beautiful, clean, and laid out very well. We opted for the lunch and close encounters with the animals and it far exceeded our expectations. Our guide was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. We can’t recommend this enough, if you’re anywhere close to Lombok stop in here! You won’t be disappointed.
