This is a family company with extremely friendly and caring people. The place itself might be a little bit hard to find but the local people are happy to guide you to this spot. Visit : Mid Sept 2024. Absolutely loved the snorkeling session guided with Mr. Bayu (Mr. Ketut's son) He gave brief but complete infos about how to snorkel ethically and responsibly. We were not allowed to feed the fishes with bread as it may dirt the water and we were not allowed to touch or step on the corals as it can kill the living corals. Bayu guided me and my husband along the snorkeling session, took really nice pics and videos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The beach was clean, calm and the visibility was Great. Soooo many fish, we met a sea turtle too.

Hands down, 5/5 stars! Labuan Amuk exceeded our expectations! Pak Ketut's warm welcome and Bli Bayu's expert snorkeling tips made our experience unforgettable. You won't want to miss the stunning fish and sea turtles! Highly recommended!

5* service. Really experience staff. Going with Bayu, Mr. Ketut's son.. He's really knowledgeable and informative.. We have 2 kids so it made us feel safe. Really highly recommend this private snorkeling service. Thank you for this great experience.

Loved our session with Mr Ketut’s son. He was clear in his instructions and patient with us. He dived with us and pointed out many interesting things like blue clams and stone fish which we would have missed otherwise. He reminded us to be respectful of the environment and not touch any of the fish and to be careful not to accidentally step on the corals with our flippers… Sadly, this is not always the case as we saw other tour groups with guides who used food to lure the fish for better pictures ( we found out this pollutes the water and destroys the corals). Our session was about 2 hours - and we had a lot of time to explore as compared to other organized groups which were mostly there for 15-30 min . Each session is group specific and we were able to snorkel as a family . Would recommend making a reservation - if there are other groups they will not merge the 2 and you may have to wait. This however is a sign of how they value the customer experience over maximizing profits .. We had a really great time and a genuine experience and would highly recommend this family run business by locals who respect and care for the local environment. .
