Jimbaran Beach

Jimbaran Beach is a great beach for a sunset seafood dinner. Lot's of amazing seafood restaurants to choose from. Some with music, but not very loud so more relaxing than some other popular beaches in Bali. The beach can sometimes be dirty with trash but luckily we did not experience that on our visit in May 2024. The beach was clean and beautiful. The sunset was incredible. Worth a visit in our opinion.

So many people, soccer matches, dogs, horses, restaurants, hawkers… We entered the beach via steps which were very uneven so made it difficult to access. I took a fall because of the oddity of the steps, and not one person asked if I was ok. Fortunately, my family appeared and were able to help me up. A week later and my legs are black from bruising and I’ve spent time in hospital. We made it there for sunset, and this did not disappoint.

Always a beautiful stop for an amazing sunset. The local dining is a bit like fast food seafood. It’s fun and interesting but could get better tasting food elsewhere for the price. You are paying for the experience. I would eat elsewhere and come for the sunset.
