Took my two kids- it was well worth the money. Santa was probably the best Santa I’ve ever seen great with the kids and great at making them feel comfortable if they were somewhat shy or nervous. Fun exhibits, and the elves did a great job of not breaking character.

We went to this last year and it was wonderful. This year we tried again and had a very different experience. They were severely understaffed and as a result we were unable to experience any of the interactive aspects and some were broken. One elf was staffing the ticket area and also in charge of the floor. Santa was wonderful and I was initially excited about the pictures they took. However, they use a horrible gaudy border that cut off part of my kids and I’m unable to remove. I didn’t take my own pictures because I thought I would be getting high quality photos. That was super disappointing. Overall I paid $12 a person (adults included) to spend 90 seconds with Santa. I don’t think we’ll do the again.

Had to give it 1 start because picking 0 stars wasn’t an option. Absolutey do not do this. It was so bad. Understaffed the 2 exhibits they had the “elves” were also covering the front desk. There was no flow, other families always in your space. Santa wasn’t even wearing a hat, didn’t even look like Santa. AND they make the adults pay to enter. Never ever again will I go to this. I wish I could get my money back. What a complete joke and so cheaply and poorly done. My kids didn’t like it either… and that was the main reason it was so disappointing 0/5 stars

I'm giving this place a 1 star because the staff deserves the only star. This place is dark and looks very cheaply made. I paid about $75 for five tickets. Definitely NOT worth it. Staff was nice, but that's it. The whole tour was 5 minutes. That's it. There was basically no gift shop. It looks like it was put together in a hour. It was just a cash grab... absolutely save your money!

Absolutely loved! They where so amazing and kind either my 3 year old, she was a tad bit shy and they where right there along the way helping her through the process, Santa was so kind and gentle with her!!! Fully recommend and will be back next year!! 🖤
